Teasa: a FictionLab alternative with Stories, a cast and quests, free in your browser
Teasa opens at teasa.ai in any browser on a PC, Mac or phone. Pick a Character or a Story and play free, with no sign-up and no download for your first 20 turns, and a free account keeps the Story going from there. Teasa is also on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, Google Play for Android and on the Microsoft Store for Windows.
FictionLab starts from the character you chat with. A Teasa Story arrives written: its creator built it in Creator Studio with a cast, an opening and quests, so you walk into a scene with people and something to chase. You write what you say or do, and the cast answers. Characters remember what you share, the Memory panel shows what they've kept, and relationship milestones mark the moments you earn with a Character. When you want to write your own Story, Creator Studio is where you build it.
Teasa is free to play, and direct messages with any Character are free and unlimited on a free account. Its chat styles are Hojicha, Matcha, Earl Grey and Oolong. Teasa Basic removes ads for $9.90 a month. Teasa Pass, $14.99 a month at its Beta price, makes Matcha and Earl Grey unlimited, removes ads and adds 200 Gems a month, and Teasa Pass Pro adds Oolong, the top chat style, for $24.99 a month. Prices are in US dollars on the web; see Teasa's pricing. The interface comes in English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and French.
