Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 September 2026. Teasa is operated by AGI LABS Pte Ltd, a Singapore company ("Teasa", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of our website, apps, and creator services together with our Copyright and Rights Policy.

Update notice: This version clarifies creator rights, copyright complaints, and responsibility for claims. It applies to new users who accept it from 5 September 2026 and to existing users from 19 September 2026, subject to any acceptance or notice required by law. The new indemnity does not apply retrospectively. By creating an account or using Teasa you agree to the applicable terms, where permitted by law.

What Teasa is

Teasa is an interactive AI Plot and fictional character-roleplay service. Every character is AI-generated fiction — not a real person, and not a substitute for human relationships, medical care, or mental-health support. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency or crisis services rather than an AI character.

Who can use it

You must be 13 or older (and meet your region's minimum digital-consent age, with parental consent where local law requires it) and confirm this when you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.

Content rules

• Teasa is an interactive AI story app. Romance and erotic storybook scenes are in scope. Consent and player agency remain mandatory throughout.
• You may not create or request content that sexualizes minors, promotes real-world harm, harasses real people, or violates law. Cast characters must use appropriate age bands; child characters may never be placed in romantic contexts.
• Public creator content is reviewed under our moderation rules before publication. We may remove content and, for repeated or severe violations, suspend accounts. Enforcement decisions come with a written receipt and can be appealed within 30 days.

Your content and ours

• Your rights stay yours. You retain any ownership rights you have in your content. Your content includes sourcebooks, plots, characters, prompts, text, images, audio, and outputs you publish or share. Using Teasa gives you no rights in someone else's work, franchise, character, trademark, or likeness. AI output may not be unique or protected by copyright.
• Have a lawful basis. You must have the rights, permissions, or other lawful basis needed to submit your content and allow its intended use through Teasa. Do not upload, generate, publish, or share content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights. Being fan-made, free, or credited does not by itself provide permission. Do not falsely claim official affiliation or endorsement.
• Permission to operate the service. You give Teasa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, process, display, and distribute your content, and use it to generate the experiences you request, as needed to operate the service. Our service providers may do this on our behalf. Sharing follows your visibility settings. Remix permission covers only material you make remixable, not private prompts or conversations.
• Deletion and privacy. The licence ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except for limited retention for backups, legal obligations, or disputes under our Privacy Policy. Copies or remixes you previously authorised may remain subject to their existing permissions. This licence does not authorise training on private conversations; our Privacy Policy and your applicable choices govern training.
• The Teasa software, brand, and service are ours. Don't scrape accounts, probe other users' private data, or interfere with the service.

AI output

Plot responses are machine-generated fiction. They may be wrong, inconsistent, unsuitable, or similar to existing material. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that output is original or free of third-party rights. Review output before publishing or using it. Don't rely on it as factual, professional, or personal advice. Nothing here excludes obligations we cannot lawfully exclude.

Rights complaints and enforcement

Send rights complaints to hello@teasa.ai using our Copyright and Rights Policy. We may remove or restrict content, disable affected features, and suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to address infringement, unlawful activity, or breaches of these terms. We terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and may act immediately in serious cases. Do not repost removed material or use another account to evade enforcement. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we explain decisions and provide a way to challenge them; copyright counter-notices follow the separate policy.

Responsibility for claims you cause

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse AGI LABS Pte Ltd for reasonable legal costs and amounts it is legally required to pay because of a third-party claim caused by your infringement of another person's rights or your material breach of the content obligations above. This is an indemnity.

It does not cover loss caused by our own negligence, breach of contract, or unlawful conduct. We will notify you promptly of a claim, allow you a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defence, and take reasonable steps to limit costs. We will not agree to a settlement you must pay without your written consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld. Nothing here limits rights or protections you cannot lawfully waive.

The service today

Teasa is in an early release. Features may change, and the service is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past twelve months or USD 100, except where the law does not permit that limit.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from your profile (see the Privacy Policy for what deletion covers). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice and an appeal path except where the violation creates immediate risk.

Changes, law, contact

If these terms change materially, we will notify you in the product before the change takes effect and obtain acceptance where required. These terms are governed by Singapore law, subject to mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, contact us so we can try to resolve it.
