How do I download my data or delete my Teasa account?

Download your data

1. Open My Page and go to Privacy & data.
2. Tap Download my data. If Teasa asks, confirm your password and choose Confirm and export.
3. Your browser saves a file named like teasa-data-export-2026-10-03.json.

The export includes your account details and consents, your conversations, personas, saved memories, relationship milestones, quest progress, gold, dates and everything you created in Creator Studio. In the Android app, Copy my data copies the same export.

Delete your account

1. In Privacy & data, open Delete account.
2. Tap Review what will be deleted to see how many conversations, messages, publications and media files will go.
3. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT, confirm your password and tap Permanently delete account.

Deletion is permanent. Your live data, chats, memories and the Stories and Characters you published are removed straight away, stored files follow shortly after, and you receive a deletion receipt. De-identified safety records stay, and time-limited backups expire on their own schedule.

• New conversations: choose Save by default or Do not save by default.
• Remember things about me: pause new memories. How memory works.
• Forget a single memory from Memory in any chat.
