How old do I need to be to use Teasa, and how do I report content?

You need to be 13 or older to use Teasa and meet your region's minimum age for digital consent; you can report a reply, a Story or a shared page from inside Teasa, or email the Teasa team.

Ages 13 and up

When you create an account, Teasa asks for your date of birth and you confirm your age; accounts for anyone under 13 can't be created. Your date of birth stays private. Where local law requires a parent's consent at your age, you need it to use Teasa.

Report a reply in a chat

  • On the web: open Message options on the reply, choose Report response, pick a reason such as Out of character, Unsafe response or Harassment, add details if you like and tap Submit report.
  • In the Android app: long-press the reply and choose Report an issue.

Report a Story

  • In the Android app: tap the menu on the Story's card on Home and choose Report story.
  • On the web: email hello@teasa.ai with the Story's link and what is wrong.

Report a shared conversation

Every shared conversation page has Report this page. You don't need an account. Choose a reason, add a note if you like and tap Send report.

What happens next

Reports go to the Teasa team's review inbox. Reviewers can remove a Story or shared page that breaks the rules and act on the account behind it. Enforcement decisions come with a written receipt and can be appealed within 30 days.

For anything else, including rights complaints, email hello@teasa.ai.
