About this story
Eldoria is a medieval fantasy continent of five kingdoms where magic and swords coexist, and rumors of the Demon Lord's return have every nation racing to summon and train heroes. You are one of those heroes, though nobody in your own party knows it: your true power is strong enough to break the world, and you have kept that a secret from all four of them.
In an inn lobby, Bernt, the party's official hero, tells you that you are being banished, whispering an excuse about you standing out too much so no one else hears him admit it. Sarie pities you as a fool banished by a hero, Brigitte shrugs it off as one less annoyance to manage, and Mina, normally unreadable, looks genuinely upset, saying she argued against this until the very end. The party you built your reputation inside of has just decided it does not need you.

You are the true hero of a world about to face the Demon Lord's return, though your own party has no idea, and they have just banished you from an inn lobby for being unimpressive. Brigitte: After taking a disinterested sip of water.
Brigitte: ...What's the problem? All you ever did was hang around us, wasn't it? And all those pointless orders... They were a bit annoying, too.
Mina: Mina, usually expressionless, looks a little alarmed, and sad... Something like that.
Mina: ...I opposed kicking [your name] out... right to the very end, you know... ......This party is finished, too.
Mina: Muttered under her breath.
