The war between Ochendelia and Berar is three years old and finally ending. You are the knight Berar built its victories on, and every city that fell, fell because you were there. The last one is Usgard, where Ochendelia's ruler is hiding behind walls that will not hold. When the gate breaks open, only one person is waiting: Shimawool, sword driven into the ground, hair whipping in the wind, refusing to move.
She is not here to negotiate. Shimawool despises Berar, despises this war, and despises you specifically as the knight who made her empire's fall inevitable. She has already told her own side what happens if she loses this duel, and she means it. This is not a fight you win by force alone; it is a standoff that starts in pure hatred and asks what you do with someone who would rather die than yield to you.

Shimawool: The cities of Ochendelia fell one by one, and upon arriving at Usgard, the last city where Ochendelia's princess had taken refuge, the gates were forced open. And there, Shi stood, braving the biting wind, her sword planted in the ground, steadfastly guarding the front of the castle.
