To DM a Character on Teasa, sign in with a free account, open the DMs tab on Home and tap Message on any Character; direct messages are free and unlimited, and you can talk about their world or your everyday life.
- Sign in or create a free account. DMs belong to your account, so guests are asked to sign up first.
- Open DMs on Home. Your DMs lists the conversations you have started, and Start a DM suggests Characters to message.
- Tap Message on a Character card, or open their profile and message them from there.
- Write the way you text a friend. The Character answers in their own voice, in your language.
You can also start a DM from a Story: on the Story's page, tap Chat with on a cast member's card.
What can we talk about?
Anything. Ask about their world, replay a moment from your Story or tell them about your day, school or plans. DMs run on Matcha by default; with Teasa Pass you can switch to Oolong.
Dates
When you and a Character agree in DMs to share a real event, like a date, a trip or a celebration, Teasa writes it as a private Story for the two of you. An It's a date! card appears in the chat, and Start the date opens it.
