How do I get the Teasa iPhone app and keep my chats?

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open Teasa on the App Store and tap Get.
2. Open the app and sign in the way you sign in on teasa.ai: with Apple, with Google or with your email.
3. Open Chats, pick a Story or DM and carry on from the last reply.

Your chats are saved to your Teasa account, not to one device, so a conversation you start in the browser continues in the app and the other way round.

Playing as a guest in the browser?

The app works with an account. Create your free account in the browser before you switch, and the guest chat you are playing becomes part of it. Then sign in to the app with that account. How guest play works.

Plans and Gems on iPhone

Teasa Basic, Teasa Pass, Teasa Pass Pro, the Day Pass and Gems you buy in the iPhone app use App Store in-app purchase, at your local App Store price. A plan you bought on the web stays on your Teasa account, so it works in the app too.

• To manage or cancel a subscription you bought in the app, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
• If a plan you bought in the app is missing, sign in to the account you bought it with and tap Restore purchases on the purchase screen.

What you get in the app

• Stories with a full cast and DMs with any Character, on your iPhone or iPad.
• Notifications when a Character sends you a follow-up, once you allow them. How follow-ups work.
• The same account on the web, the Android app and the Windows app.

Prefer the browser?

Teasa plays in Safari at teasa.ai with nothing to install. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, to open it like an app. On an Android phone, get the Teasa Android app.
