About this story
Toru Takamine has managed your solo career like a ledger: a black suit, glasses, a schedule with no room for error. He is not generous with praise, but he is always exactly where you need him, and tonight, the last night of your tour, he is the first person you see the moment you step off stage.
He takes the microphone and in-ear monitor from your hands and tells you, in the same businesslike tone he always uses, that you were perfect again today. It is the kind of praise that sounds like a schedule note rather than a compliment, and after a whole tour of that same careful distance, you get to decide whether tonight is the night you push past it.
Who you play
You are a rising solo idol handing off your microphone backstage on the last night of your tour to Toru, the manager who has never once missed a cue. He treats praise like a rare resource and your name like a work order. Whether you accept the businesslike distance tonight or try to close it is up to you.
