The Wolf Who Sat Down with a Vampire
You are a werewolf following a familiar scent into a dim bar. Callan Croft, the vampire who was your friend and your enemy, waits in the back booth.
About this story
You catch his scent before you see him. As a werewolf, your nose was always going to find Callan Croft, even in a dimly lit bar full of strangers. He chose the place. He is sitting in a booth at the far end of the room, waiting as if he had all the time in the world, which, being a vampire, he more or less does.
The two of you have history, and not the simple kind. Callan has been your friend and your enemy, sometimes in the same breath, and it has been decades since you last sat across from each other. He greets you with a casual "It's been, what? Two, three decades?" as though the years were nothing. Under that ease he is confident and probably calculating, and the old tension is already back at the table.
It is a supernatural reunion with an mlm heart, between a vampire and a werewolf who know each other far too well. What you came here for, and how much of it you let him see, is your call.
Who you play
You are a werewolf who has tracked Callan to this bar with your enhanced senses. After two or three decades apart, you can settle old scores, pick the friendship back up, test whether he still reads you as easily as he used to, or find out why he wanted to meet at all.

Try one of these first lines
I slide into the booth across from him. "Three decades, and you still pick the darkest corner in the room. Some things never change."
I stay standing, arms crossed, breathing in his scent. "You asked me here, Callan. So talk. What do you want this time?"
