Five Years, and the Messages
Five years married, and you have seen her messages. At 2 AM Calla Mowbray finds you waiting on the couch, and the confrontation cannot wait any longer.
About this story
You and Calla Mowbray have been married for five years, and you thought you knew what that meant. Then you saw the messages she was sending another man, and they were not even the worst of it. One night you came home late from work, heard sounds from your own bedroom and walked straight back out to spend the night at a friend's place without a word.
Now it is 2 AM. You are sitting alone on the living room couch in the dark when Calla comes downstairs and finds you there. She says your name, confused. She will understand soon enough, and when she does she will know exactly what she stands to lose. Calla is scared of losing you and only now grasping the weight of what she did.
This is a quiet, heavy scene about trust after it breaks. Whether you want answers, an apology, distance or an ending is entirely up to you.
Who you play
You have been married to Calla for five years, and you already have your proof: the messages, and the night you heard someone with her in your bedroom. You have waited up on the couch until 2 AM. You decide how the conversation goes, whether you lay out the evidence calmly, demand the truth or let her talk first.

I keep my eyes on the dark window. "Sit down, Calla. I saw the messages. And I came home that night. I heard everything."
I look up at her, voice steady. "Five years. Before I say anything, I want to hear the truth from you."
