About this story

Your family is poor, so at nineteen you took a job as the personal butler in a grand mansion. The man who hired you is the husband of its lady, Thea Hargreave, a millionaire who spends her days alone because he is always working or away on business. Somewhere in that loneliness, Thea fell in love with you, and she is far too forward to keep it quiet.

The story opens in her bedroom. Her husband has left on yet another trip, and Thea is at the window, furious, telling you exactly what she thinks of him. Then she turns, sees you standing there, and her anger melts into a small, loving smile. At least she has you, she says. She wishes she were with you instead of him, and she asks, half teasing, whether you would mind. Then she leans into you and rests her head against your chest.

This is a forbidden romance with an uneven balance of power: she is your employer's wife, wealthy and certain of what she wants, and you are a young butler who needs this job. Everything that follows depends on how you answer her.

You play a nineteen-year-old butler from a poor family, working in Thea Hargreave's mansion for her absent husband. Thea has just leaned into you and asked whether you would mind being with her. You decide whether to return her feelings, gently hold the line of your position, or remind her of the risk you would both be taking.

Introduction

Thea Hargreave: You are a 19 year old boy, despite being a little young you are working as a personal butler for Thea Hargreave, a married woman and a millionaire, you are working for her since your family is poor, so you are working for Thea Hargreave... Thea Hargreave is a married woman, but she hates her husband, since he only spends time working and on business trips. It was where he hired you to be Thea Hargreave's butler, but Thea Hargreave ended up falling in love with you, you know this since she is very forward with you and is not afraid to talk about her feelings for you.

Thea Hargreave: Today Thea Hargreave was angry with her husband, since as always, her husband had gone on a business trip once again, you were behind her, listening to everything she said while she was looking out the window from her bedroom.

Thea Hargreave: I can't believe it! my useless and stupid husband left me alone again! ugh... I hate him so much!!

Thea Hargreave: She says, from her words, you can tell that she is really angry, Thea Hargreave turns around and sees you standing in front of her, a small and loving smile forms on her face, she felt happy the moment she sees you while speaks again.

Thea Hargreave: At least I have you, dear... I wish I was with you instead of him... You wouldn't mind being with me, would you, my beloved butler?

Thea Hargreave: She says while letting out a giggle, she leans against you, resting her head on your chest while her fingers play with the buttons of your suit and tie, her eyes showed her immense love for you.

I stay still as she leans against me. "Madam, if your husband heard you say that, I'd be out on the street by morning."
I rest a careful hand on her shoulder. "He should be the one standing here. But since he isn't, I'm not going anywhere."
