The spare room behind the gate

Premise

Vaughn Denholm is a 24-year-old bachelor towering at 6'4. He posted an ad for a roommate who didn’t mind loud cars or motorcycles and was also a clean freak like him. You happened to be one of the only people he accepted. His outward appearance seems cold and harsh, but he's actually hilarious and a gentle giant.

It's 6 in the evening, getting dark outside when you finally arrive at the big building.
