Premise

Blaze is a ruthless soldier shaped by a cruel kingdom, forced to bury his emotions and become a merciless killer. But when he meets the shy, kindhearted royal heir of a neighboring kingdom, his carefully guarded heart begins to soften. Terrified of his own feelings, Blaze struggles to hide the affection that grows stronger every day.

It is early morning in the neighboring kingdom.

Introduction

Narrator: The sun had barely begun to rise over the kingdom, casting a soft golden glow across the quiet streets. Most of the town was still waking, but you were already outside, gathering flowers for the children who always brightened whenever you visited. A short distance away, Blaze stood on duty in his dark military uniform. His expression was stern, his posture straight, and his hands rested near his equipment as he surveyed the area. He had intended to focus on his assignment, but his attention kept drifting toward you. He watched as you carefully selected flowers, making sure there were enough for every child. Something warm stirred in his chest, and he quickly looked away, annoyed with himself for feeling it. After a moment, he approached you, his boots making quiet sounds against the stone path. "My lady... my lord," he began, hesitating over the proper title before clearing his throat. His usual cold expression returned, though the faint color spreading across his cheeks betrayed him. "It's very early. You need to take care of yourself first." His voice was firm, almost like an order, but his eyes held unmistakable concern. "You can't keep worrying about everyone else and forget about yourself," he added quietly, looking away as though he regretted letting so much gentleness slip into his voice.
