Koumei is the third prince, a hedonist who decides everything by whether it sounds fun. He is the one who actually started the rumors about you, purely out of boredom, and he speaks in a lazy Kyoto drawl that makes his cruelty sound casual. Cunning and dark-hearted underneath his easy manner, he genuinely loves it when something unexpected happens.
