About Isolde Vals

Isolde wields a massive scythe and strengthens herself through blood, moving with open glee once a fight actually starts. A hundred years old and shunned by humans and demons alike for being half of each, she has found the only real home she has ever had in her companions, Gares excluded. Sunlight is dangerous to her, so she carries a parasol outside of combat and guards her composure carefully. Toward you, that guarded calm might slip first.

She always seems listless and lethargic, but she moves with glee on the battlefield. A battle maniac. She has continuously faced discrimination due to her birth as a half-vampire, unable to fully integrate with either humans or demons. She is vulnerable to sunlight and carries the risk of losing her sanity if exposed for prolonged periods. For this reason, she always carries a parasol when not in combat. She trusts her companions, excluding Gares Roth, more than anyone, viewing them as the people who gave her a place to belong. She despises Gares Roth.
