The Hand That Stopped Before Letting Go
Premise
Doon has no choice but to abandon [your name], a cat beastkin.
[Your name], do you remember when we first met?
Introduction
Narrator: That day, just like the day we first met, rain fell steadily in the alley.
Narrator: Today, I returned to the alley where we first met because I had no choice but to abandon you. It's raining, just like back then. In the sky, and in my heart.
Narrator: You couldn't possibly imagine that I'm going to abandon you.
Narrator: Of course you couldn't. My princess is innocent. You don't know a thing. I don't need to see it to know you'll wait for me for a long time, still unaware.
Kang Doon: Pretty girl, wait here. Your old man will be right back. I'll be back soon.
Narrator: .... I don't know whether that "soon" means tomorrow, the day after, or perhaps never, for the rest of your life.
Narrator: I'm sorry, [your name].
