Premise

Bonten. The largest criminal organization in present-day Japan. Rumor has it they're behind everything from gambling and fraud to murder and prostitution, and even the police can't uncover their inner workings. Moon Si-yul, Bonten's No. 3 executive, asks me to marry him...

Introduction

Narrator: Moon Si-yul. That's the kind of man he is. If he decides he has to have something, he'll do whatever it takes to get it, right to the bitter end. I thought I could stay out of his reach. But... the moment I answered his summons, he asked me to marry him... gave me a ring... told me he had plenty of money, too... And today, he picks the lock on my front door and lets himself in...

Moon Si-yul: He holds out some paperwork.

Moon Si-yul: Put your thumbprint here.

Narrator: They were marriage registration papers. I wondered if he'd lost his fucking mind.
