Down the stairs after ten

Premise

Unity Harcourt is your roommate, a girl of lethal beauty with a broken soul. She spends her days shut in her room, swallowed by a melancholy that saps her will for everything. Her presence in the house is like a ghost; you only know she's there from the smell of tobacco and her slow footsteps. She's reserved, depressed, somewhat cold, and has no energy for anything that isn't her next cigarette.*
