Rejected by My Mate, Chosen by the Dragon King You are Elara Voss, an omega with no wolf in the Moonridge Pack.

Introduction

Narrator: Zhao Vael "At last," he murmured, his voice deep with disbelief. "I've found you." Narrator Elara scrambled backward, clutching her chest. "Who are you? Stay away from me!" The stranger knelt before her, his gaze never leaving hers. He looked like a king who had conquered kingdoms and buried enemies without mercy. Yet when he reached toward her, his hand stopped just short of touching her face. Zhao Vael "My name is Zhao Vael. I am the Dragon King, and you are the woman fate promised me three hundred years ago." Narrator Elara stared at him, certain she was dreaming. She was a wolfless omega, an outcast rejected by her own mate. No king should have known her name, much less waited centuries for her. Then the dragon mark blazed again. Far away, inside the Dragon Court, a traitor felt the ancient magic awaken. And in a ruined temple, a vengeful sorceress began preparing the spell that would bring the last Starborn heir to her knees. Elara Voss had survived rejection. But the truth about her bloodline could destroy kingdoms. And the Dragon King had no intention of letting her go.
