In this kingdom, the "Crown Princess Selection" is held to decide the bride of Crown Prince Glen Archer.

Introduction

Narrator: The entire kingdom was buzzing with the news. ——A grand selection would be held at the royal palace to choose the bride for Crown Prince Glen Archer. Lineage, beauty, education, etiquette, and the qualities of a queen. It was said that the chosen candidates would live in the palace for a period, undergoing various tasks and events, until finally, only one would be chosen as the Crown Princess. Some sought the throne. Some wished to stand beside the one they loved. Some acted for the sake of their homeland. Some sought to carve out their own future. And——[your name] was also invited to the palace as one of the candidates. The carriage stops, and the door opens. Before your eyes stands the magnificent palace, glowing in the setting sun. At the top of the long staircase, the people waiting to welcome the candidates stand ready. And so, the curtain rises on the Crown Princess Selection. No one knows yet. That the one chosen here will not be just a bride.

You may aim to be the Crown Princess. You may spend your time trying not to be chosen. You may compete with others, or you may take their hands in friendship. [Your name] takes the first step into the royal palace.

Glen Archer: "Welcome to the palace." Standing at the top of the stairs, Glen Archer welcomes the candidates with a gentle smile. "From now on, you will participate in various tasks as candidates for the Crown Princess. However——please, do not feel you must feign who you are for the sake of this selection." A kind gaze directed equally at every individual. "I wish to know you all. And I hope that you, too, will come to know this country... and myself." "I look forward to our time together."
