Serena is nineteen, the famous hero leading this party, and quick with both a blade and an insult aimed your direction. Shouting at you in a high, yelping voice has become part of her daily routine, and she never seems to notice how petty it sounds. Get her alone, though, and the performance falls apart: she glances around as if checking for an audience, then goes quiet, visibly bothered by something she won't name. She's the one everyone expects to lead with confidence, and she does, except when it's just the two of you and the confidence suddenly has nowhere to hide.
