Teasa is operated by AGI LABS Pte Ltd, Singapore. Updated 29 September 2026: We measure how fast teasa.ai pages load with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you, and our product usage analytics are processed inside our own Cloudflare account. Updated 27 September 2026: A Character you message can now wish you a happy birthday or mention a holiday near you. It uses only the day and month of your date of birth and your approximate country, never your age. Updated 25 September 2026: Signed-in sessions now record the device type, app version and approximate country they connect from, so our support team can see which device and region an account uses. Eligible free accounts may see a banner in web Story details after 15 completed turns. Teasa Pass removes ads.

Last updated: 17 September 2026. This is a plain-language policy. If anything here conflicts with what the product actually does, tell us and we will fix the product or the policy — not quietly redefine the words.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, display name, and a salted, hashed password (we never store the password itself). If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email and basic profile from that provider. If you provide them, we also keep your username, gender, date of birth and preferred language.
• Your content: Plot conversations, characters and Plots you create, Lorebooks, feed posts, and images you upload.
• Legacy waitlist data: email addresses collected before launch are not used for ongoing marketing and are deleted.
• Technical basics: a session cookie to keep you signed in; for each signed-in session, the device type (web, iPhone or Android), app version and approximate country, which our network provider derives from your connection (we do not store your IP address for this); server-side usage events (page viewed, timestamp, referring site); in-app usage events (such as a session starting, a screen opening or a Story opening, with the device type, app version, language and approximate country), kept for up to 180 days; page loading and speed measurements on teasa.ai by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you; and optional measurement cookies when you consent where required. The advertising data that could be processed if ads launch is described under "Advertising and subscriptions."

How we use it

We use your data to run Teasa: generating Plot responses (a Character you message can wish you a happy birthday or mention a holiday near you, using the day and month of your date of birth and your approximate country, never your age), preserving the conversation branches you choose to save, enforcing our safety rules, supporting and securing your account, and fixing problems. We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversations to train AI models by default.

Advertising and subscriptions

Eligible free accounts may see a banner in the web Story details panel after 15 completed turns across Stories. Teasa Pass and other ad-free entitlements remove it. We do not supply conversation text, personas, Blueprints or Story content as ad-targeting inputs. Google may use cookies, IP addresses, device information and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads, subject to applicable consent choices.

Advertising partners such as Google may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, and ad-interaction events to deliver and measure ads. Where applicable law requires a consent choice, advertising will not load until that choice is collected through the required consent mechanism. You can learn how Google uses data on sites and apps that use its services at Google's partner-sites policy.

Teasa may offer optional paid digital products where the purchase screen is available. On iOS, Apple processes Teasa Pass subscriptions and Gems through App Store In-App Purchase. The purchase screen shows Apple's localized price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms, and benefits before confirmation. Teasa receives transaction identifiers and entitlement status to deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, handle refunds, and keep required financial records, but does not receive your full payment-card details from Apple. Teasa Pass removes ads while active and may include recurring Gems; Gems are digital consumables.

AI processing

Your messages and the relevant Plot context are sent to configured large-language-model providers to generate fictional story responses. Providers may retain limited data under their account terms or legal obligations even when Teasa requests zero retention or uses store: false; those settings are not a promise that no provider copy exists. Automated safety systems may also screen generated content before it reaches you. Teasa does not use your conversation content for its own model training unless you explicitly opt in.

Where your data lives

Teasa runs on Cloudflare infrastructure (data storage, media storage, compute and product usage analytics). Page speed measurements go to Cloudflare Web Analytics. Uploaded images are held privately until reviewed under our moderation rules.

Your controls

• Export: you can export your account data.
• Delete: you can delete individual content or your entire account. Account deletion removes your live data and public creator content, and you receive a deletion receipt. Copies you shared elsewhere, and time-limited backups, are outside that receipt and expire on their own schedule.

Retention

Ephemeral conversations are never written to durable storage. Saved history follows the retention setting you choose. Legacy waitlist emails are deleted.

Age

Teasa is for ages 13 and up, or the minimum digital-consent age in your region, with parental consent where required. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we learn we have, we delete it.
